I’m a female therapist, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). I provide online therapy for adult women in 50-minute sessions on a private pay basis.
My focus as a psychotherapist is to facilitate change, and help with loss, transition, and adjustment in women's lives.
My practice is focused on counseling and coaching moving successfully thorugh major life changes, including grief and loss.
I offer skills training in learning what you really want, in navigating change and growth, in boundary making and saying 'No,' to ending people-pleasing, rewiring self-doubts, guilt, and dismantling the fear of being 'selfish.' self-doubts, guilt, and dismantling the fear of being 'selfish.'
But we’ve used it to build sites for psychologists, doctors, restaurants, lawyers, personal trainers, gyms, and more.
